SEACLUB Siargao is a new and stylish private villa located 3 minutes away from Cloud9. You can enjoy three private bedrooms with complete ensuite bathrooms, a private pool and private 200sqm garden in a peaceful environment yet connected to all the action on the island.

House rules

GENERAL HOUSE RULES

• Your stay includes a full concierge service. Please contact us between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm to arrange whatever you need.

• Daily housekeeping service is from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, and pool cleaning is from 6:00 am onwards. Please let us know your preferred time.

• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED unless authorized by management in writing.

• We support quiet dinners with friends or visitors and daily activities like coworking, but any visitor needs to be reported to SEACLUB beforehand. Any infraction can result in the cancellation of the booking.

• A maximum of 20 guests, including those staying in the villa, are allowed for gatherings. Guest lists must be provided to management prior to the gathering, and all guests need to register before entering the premises.**

• Only registered guests can stay overnight unless approved by management. Visitors are not allowed in the villa beyond 10:00 pm.**

• No loud music is allowed. The deck is an open space and noise will travel easily to our neighbors and other SEACLUB Villas. It is important to be respectful of others, especially after 10:00 pm.

• Guests must maintain harmony and peace with the local community and neighbors. It is mandatory to be polite to everybody in the community, as there are children and neighbors of all ages and contexts in the immediate surroundings.

• Please segregate your trash accordingly. Biodegradable and Non-Biodegradable bins will be provided.

• Kindly help us conserve energy and reduce our carbon footprint. Always turn off the fan, aircon, and lights when not in use.

• Towels, sheets, and linens replacement depend on the length of stay. Should you need them replaced, you may inform our Front Desk team.

• Keep the bathroom and room door closed when the aircon is in use.

• Always turn off all lights in the main dining, living, and kitchen area in the evening before leaving the villa or retiring for the night to avoid insects from coming into the open area.

• Do not leave food in the kitchen or deck unattended. It will attract animals.

• We have taken the time to take care of our garden. Please do not dig in the white sand or you will cause permanent damage to the garden. Also, do not remove or alter plants, pebbles, shells, or pluck flowers in your garden or any area in the villa. Please avoid littering in the garden.

• Please do not use any type of tape, glue, or other sticking material on the wall or furniture.

• Bringing helium-type balloons inside the villa is not allowed.

• Electric/water supply interruptions are recurrent issues on the island. In case of unexpected electrical cuts/interruptions on the island, please be informed that we have a generator that will be turned on at SEACLUB's discretion.

• You will be staying on a tropical island surrounded by jungle and ocean. Please expect sudden changes in weather, wild animals, and pests. Stray dogs should be kept out if the fence is always closed, but other animals like cats, birds, bugs, frogs, kermits, crabs, mosquitos, flies, and occasionally cockroaches may be present. We regularly conduct pest control in the house, but visitors are still part of island life.

• For security reasons, lock the villa's main and bedroom sliding doors, and don't leave valuable belongings in the outdoor area while sleeping or while you are outside, a safety box is provided in the master bedroom. We have security cameras, and the compound has a 24/7 security guard, but we advise you to take precautions.

• We reserve the right to refuse you or any of your visitors’ entry to the Property and cancel your Accommodation if, on arrival, we consider that you or your visitors are under the influence of illegal drugs or are behaving in a threatening, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable manner.

• We reserve the right to require you or any of your visitors to immediately vacate your villa, check out, and leave the Property premises if we consider that you are behaving (or have behaved) in a threatening, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable manner that could trigger (or has triggered) a risk to the safety and health of other guests or staff of the Property or are causing (or have caused) a disturbance or annoyance to other Property guests or staff of the Property.

• You must comply and ensure that all of your visitors comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the Property and notified to you, including but not limited to health and safety, security procedures, and any other legal requirements.

• You may not and must ensure that any of your visitors do not enter areas of the Property that are indicated as being closed to the public.

• Smoking is not permitted in your Accommodation’s bedrooms, except in expressly designated smoking and outside areas. A fee equivalent to USD 125 (or the equivalent amount in local currency at an exchange rate to be reasonably determined by us) for cleaning and deodorizing the room and furniture may apply for smoking in any other bedrooms in the villa.

• Children under the age of twelve (12) must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Noncompliance with house rules is subject to a minimum fine of USD 200.

Other things to note

The access road going to the villa has been damaged by the typhoon. It is bumpy and gets flooded at times. We are working with the community to have this fixed for our guests' convenience. Should you need car or scooter rentals, do let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.

We are undergoing renovations at the front desk area. While we work to enhance your experience, we want to be upfront about potential inconveniences. There may be some construction noise during this period.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding. Rest assured, these improvements are all aimed at ensuring you have an even more enjoyable stay with us.

I can't recommend Seaclub Siargao enough. It was a perfect getaway on our 5 day Siargao adventure. It was far enough away from Tourism Road that we felt private, but close enough by tuk tuk or tricycle to get to wherever we wanted near the resorts or downtown General Luna. The villa was gorgeous and clean, and connected to the outdoors and nature. The central common room and kitchen was exposed to the outside, which was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The front desk concierge staff were top notch, very helpful and responsive through the Whatapps app. After booking, they provided a service menu of things we could do including surfing lessons, private van transport, moped rentals, and island hopping tours (and much more) which they quickly and efficiently set up. A couple on the group had got sick, and they graciously called a concierge doctor who came straight to our room for assistance. Overall, staying at Seaclub was a wonderful experience that I recommend anyone enjoy!

One of the best places I stayed here in Siargao. Airbnb photos don’t give justice. The house is pristine and clean. All the caretakers are amazing! Always available for you. Raf helped us changing our flat tire while rain was pouring hard! Raf and Nikka are wonderful hosts! We are grateful for everyone! Definitely recommending this place to our friends and family. The price is a great deal with your own pool villa while experiencing the happy island vibes of Siargao. Thank you for hosting us!

I stayed here for 2 weeks. The villas at Seaclub are absolutely gorgeous, modern, high ceilings, great pool and backyard. The staff at the front entrance are awesome and super friendly, attentive and respond to messages immediately. Also has a couple nice restaurants/coffee shops walking distance, and Cloud 9 is only a 3 min motorbike ride. I did feel like the villa wasn’t as private as described. I had maintenance workers hanging around the entrances to my villa, walking through the villa without knocking at all hours (not to clean, just to cut through for convenience), leaving my doors swinging open, etc which left me feeling on edge during my stay. I flagged this to the front desk staff, but it kept happening. The wifi also did not work during my stay, I think for the price of this place it’s probably worth getting Starlink. But still had a great stay and would recommend!

We had the most amazing stay at Seaclub Siargao. The accommodation is clean, very private and ultra comfortable. Our host was just amazing and made our whole family feel so welcome and happy ! Nothing was ever a bother and our needs were always met over and above what we expected. They also organised a perfect in house surprise birthday party for my husband. The food from their chef and the wine selection was the best we had in the Phillipines. You won’t be disappointed with a stay at Seaclub.

Seaclub was an amazing addition to our trip around the Philippines. Nika, the host, was very responsive, helpful and friendly. She made our entire stay so relaxing and easy. The only thing we found was the surrounding neighbours on other properties were pretty loud in the morning but you can only hear it from the 3rd bedroom, the back two bedrooms were very quiet and peaceful. I would 100% return to Seaclub.

Our villa was beautiful. Everything was well thought out. Open concept, high ceiling, with simple decor but very modern. The rooms are very private and roomy. The bathrooms are spacious. The pool size is perfect for lounging and gathering The landscape is well maintained and beautiful. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The concierge (Nica) is prompt and easy to get a hold of and response is prompt. The only cons is the unpaved road to the villa, it was a bit of a challenge to get to and from. Also, they do not have a lounge where you can wait while you wait for your airport transfer after check out at 12pm but there’s a restaurant just a few steps away right outside of the villa to buy drinks while you wait for your ride. Other than that, we would recommend this place. Everyone of us (x6) had a great time! If we’re ever in Siargao, we’d love to stay here again!

Cozy airbnb. Hosts were very friendly and helped us with recommendations, grocery shopping, and anything else we needed. Perfect for families and groups of friends. The airbnb itself is a little bit far from the main strip of restos and bars so you will need to rent a bike or find a trike driver. Other than that we have no other complaints and will definitely come back again!

The SEACLUB Villas are a boutique group of 6 villas each with a private pool. The overall service and attention from Kat and Nica from check-in to check-out was spectacular. Overall the modern villas have great modern amenities and are super chill and comfortable. The location is right in front of the swanky Surfing Temple boutique hotel down a bumpy dirt road but around the corner from Cloud 9 surfing beach. We highly recommend. Note the small restaurant Ulap Siyam has amazing smoothies that they can deliver to your villa !

Seaclub was one of the best airbnb’s everr! Super clean and well-maintained. We loved the whole vibe of the place and Nica was soo so helpful! Only con would be that It’s a little far from the restos (though It’s no problem if you have a motorcycle) and the road leading to the resort is quite bumpy. Would still definitely recommend this place ❤️

The accommodation is perfect for a big group. The rooms are spacious enough and the common areas are roomy and well-designed. You can cook your own meals as it comes with a functioning kitchen, cookware, dishware and utensils. Regular cleaning is offered by the owners for both the villa and the pool. The backyard is landscaped and IG-ready. It’s almost like living in your own idyllic Siargao property. If you need to work, their internet connection is strong enough to join/make video calls. The roads going to the villas can be challenging since it’s not paved yet, but who needs to go out when you are staying near the hottest night spot in Siargao - Surfing Temple! Alojamiento increíble!
