3 Beds SEACLUB Siargao is a new and stylish private villa located 3 minutes away from Cloud9. You can enjoy three private bedrooms with complete ensuite bathrooms, a private pool and private 200sqm garden in a peaceful environment yet connected to all the action on the island.
GENERAL HOUSE RULES
• Your stay includes a full concierge service. Please contact us between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm to arrange whatever you need.
• Daily housekeeping service is from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, and pool cleaning is from 6:00 am onwards. Please let us know your preferred time.
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED unless authorized by management in writing.
• We support quiet dinners with friends or visitors and daily activities like coworking, but any visitor needs to be reported to SEACLUB beforehand. Any infraction can result in the cancellation of the booking.
• A maximum of 20 guests, including those staying in the villa, are allowed for gatherings. Guest lists must be provided to management prior to the gathering, and all guests need to register before entering the premises.**
• Only registered guests can stay overnight unless approved by management. Visitors are not allowed in the villa beyond 10:00 pm.**
• No loud music is allowed. The deck is an open space and noise will travel easily to our neighbors and other SEACLUB Villas. It is important to be respectful of others, especially after 10:00 pm.
• Guests must maintain harmony and peace with the local community and neighbors. It is mandatory to be polite to everybody in the community, as there are children and neighbors of all ages and contexts in the immediate surroundings.
• Please segregate your trash accordingly. Biodegradable and Non-Biodegradable bins will be provided.
• Kindly help us conserve energy and reduce our carbon footprint. Always turn off the fan, aircon, and lights when not in use.
• Towels, sheets, and linens replacement depend on the length of stay. Should you need them replaced, you may inform our Front Desk team.
• Keep the bathroom and room door closed when the aircon is in use.
• Always turn off all lights in the main dining, living, and kitchen area in the evening before leaving the villa or retiring for the night to avoid insects from coming into the open area.
• Do not leave food in the kitchen or deck unattended. It will attract animals.
• We have taken the time to take care of our garden. Please do not dig in the white sand or you will cause permanent damage to the garden. Also, do not remove or alter plants, pebbles, shells, or pluck flowers in your garden or any area in the villa. Please avoid littering in the garden.
• Please do not use any type of tape, glue, or other sticking material on the wall or furniture.
• Bringing helium-type balloons inside the villa is not allowed.
• Electric/water supply interruptions are recurrent issues on the island. In case of unexpected electrical cuts/interruptions on the island, please be informed that we have a generator that will be turned on at SEACLUB's discretion.
• You will be staying on a tropical island surrounded by jungle and ocean. Please expect sudden changes in weather, wild animals, and pests. Stray dogs should be kept out if the fence is always closed, but other animals like cats, birds, bugs, frogs, kermits, crabs, mosquitos, flies, and occasionally cockroaches may be present. We regularly conduct pest control in the house, but visitors are still part of island life.
• For security reasons, lock the villa's main and bedroom sliding doors, and don't leave valuable belongings in the outdoor area while sleeping or while you are outside, a safety box is provided in the master bedroom. We have security cameras, and the compound has a 24/7 security guard, but we advise you to take precautions.
• We reserve the right to refuse you or any of your visitors’ entry to the Property and cancel your Accommodation if, on arrival, we consider that you or your visitors are under the influence of illegal drugs or are behaving in a threatening, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable manner.
• We reserve the right to require you or any of your visitors to immediately vacate your villa, check out, and leave the Property premises if we consider that you are behaving (or have behaved) in a threatening, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable manner that could trigger (or has triggered) a risk to the safety and health of other guests or staff of the Property or are causing (or have caused) a disturbance or annoyance to other Property guests or staff of the Property.
• You must comply and ensure that all of your visitors comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the Property and notified to you, including but not limited to health and safety, security procedures, and any other legal requirements.
• You may not and must ensure that any of your visitors do not enter areas of the Property that are indicated as being closed to the public.
• Smoking is not permitted in your Accommodation’s bedrooms, except in expressly designated smoking and outside areas. A fee equivalent to USD 125 (or the equivalent amount in local currency at an exchange rate to be reasonably determined by us) for cleaning and deodorizing the room and furniture may apply for smoking in any other bedrooms in the villa.
• Children under the age of twelve (12) must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Noncompliance with house rules is subject to a minimum fine of USD 200.
The access road going to the villa has been damaged by the typhoon. It is bumpy and gets flooded at times. We are working with the community to have this fixed for our guests' convenience. Should you need car or scooter rentals, do let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
We are undergoing renovations at the front desk area. While we work to enhance your experience, we want to be upfront about potential inconveniences. There may be some construction noise during this period.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding. Rest assured, these improvements are all aimed at ensuring you have an even more enjoyable stay with us.

June 2024This was such a relaxing place, away from the main streets so it was quiet. Arrangements for transportation, tours, meals in the villa, massages and more were taken care of. Communication was excellent. We only wish we had more time there.

July 2023It’s a paradise within a paradise. They have class A amenities and huge space for parties or just for nature relaxation. The Villa is nestled within the quiet part of the island but also near to cloud 9 and other popular destinations. Will definitely book here again.

March 2023Just wonderful! We had an amazing experience at Seaclub, all the staff members in particularly Nika and Kat have been extremely kind, professional and so sweet with our baby daughter. This was our second time in Siargao and won’t certainly be the last as we feel we found our “home” for the next trips. The villa is awesome, well curated in all the details and so charming, peaceful and relaxing. For all those that will read this, please note that this is not one of the usual cheesy reviews you get read under most insertions, and we truly mean every written word. Nika and her colleague are so kind! We can ask the team for anything. The location is excellent, 300 meters from the beach. October 2022This place is absolutely stunning! Best deal for your money. The place is huge and is fully equipped with everything you need. Great for bigger groups. Love the privacy of the villa and that you get to enjoy your own private pool. My family and I really enjoyed it. The staff and management is also really amazing and took care of us with everything we needed. Outstanding customer service when we needed something and they treated us incredibly well. I highly recommend staying here and we will for sure be back!
